The Mechanic will provide expert repair and maintenance services primarily for cars and light trucks within a small team environment. This role focuses on vehicle diagnostics, troubleshooting, and parts replacement using standard hand and power tools. The mechanic will contribute to maintaining high vehicle performance and safety standards by efficiently addressing mechanical issues on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repairs and routine maintenance on cars and light trucks
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools
• Troubleshoot problems and determine appropriate repair solutions
• Replace parts and components as needed to restore vehicle function
• Use standard hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Collaborate within a small team of 2-3 mechanics to manage workload
• Maintain accurate service and repair records

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in automotive repair
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of engine repair, brake systems, and electrical systems
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools
