What You'll Be Doing

• Perform routine maintenance on residential HVAC systems
• Assist senior technicians on service calls and repairs
• Inspect systems and identify potential issues
• Clean, test, and ensure systems are running efficiently
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Document work accurately and keep organized records
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment

What We're Looking For

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Team player with good communication skills
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions
