Maintenance Technician – 4 Rivers Restaurant Group (Company Truck + Travel) Central Florida | Full-Time Company truck. Paid travel. Hands-on work. Join the 4 Rivers team and help keep our locations running smoothly across Florida. About The Role This is a field-based position supporting multiple 4 Rivers Restaurant Group locations. General repairs and maintenance (electrical, plumbing, carpentry) Preventative maintenance and equipment support Small build-outs and repair projects Travel between locations (primarily local, with infrequent overnight travel as needed) Maintain your truck, tools, and basic reporting What You Bring 2+ years of maintenance or construction experience Strong troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently Valid driver's license Why 4 Rivers Company truck + tools provided Stable, full-time role Work with a growing, people-first company Opportunities for advancement Benefits Include Daily Pay Medical, Dental & Vision 401(k) Match PTO + Holidays Free meals + team discounts 4 Rivers Smokehouse began with the launch of the "Barbecue Ministry" in 2004, when John hosted a cookout fundraiser to support a local family whose young daughter was battling cancer.
