Continuum Solutions seeks a Director, Culture & Learning to own the design, delivery, and evolution of our culture and leadership development work. You will craft curricula and learning journeys, working with strategy, client experience, and creative teams to drive performance and lasting impact.
You will lead client engagements, develop frameworks and playbooks, mentor a small multidisciplinary team, and translate diagnostics into practical interventions that improve client outcomes.
