Now Hiring: Inbound Customer Care Agents!

What You'll Do

As an Inbound Customer Care Agent, you'll be the friendly voice that helps health care providers — from hospitals to dental offices — with their payment and account questions. Every day, you'll:

  • Answer inbound calls with professionalism and positivity
  • Assist with payment inquiries, transaction details, and updates
  • Help users with website support (like password resets and navigation)
  • Ensure all customer information is accurate
  • Keep things friendly, helpful, and efficient — even on the 60–70 calls you'll rock through daily!
What You Bring

We're looking for someone who's:

  • At least 18 with a HS diploma or GED
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office
  • Able to type 25+ words per minute
  • A great communicator — both on the phone and in writing
  • Patient, empathetic, and upbeat (we love great attitudes!)
  • Reliable, organized, and ready to grow with us (Knowledge of HIPAA is a plus, but not required — we'll train you!)
The Details

Training Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. EST

Regular Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | Operating hours are 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. EST (No weekends!) 8-hour shifts scheduled within these hours

Schedule Flexibility Required: Candidates must have the flexibility to work any assigned 8-hour shift during our operating hours, including evening shifts ending as late as 7:00 p.m. EST. No weekend availability is required
