Job description
Constructors, Inc. is a third generation progressive construction company founded in 1958. Specializing in General, Asphalt, Concrete, Dirt, and Utility Construction.

Job Summary: This job requires maintenance and repair of large diesel trucks, belly dumps, dump trucks, and various off road equipment at various hours, as required to meet the needs of contract fulfillment. All mechanics are responsible to maintain a clean and safe working environment. This job is primarily performed indoors, however, may be performed outdoors in all weather conditions and at night on occasion. Must have full set of tools to perform the required job.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and perform all tasks in a safe and efficient way according to policies and procedures
- Remove and replace parts on heavy machinery and trucks
- Troubleshoot and repair trouble areas on heavy machinery and trucks
- Climb on and off trucks and equipment
- Work in awkward positions for prolonged periods of time
- Reach overhead for prolonged periods of time while manipulating objects
- Grip, pinch and manipulate objects of various dimensions and weights with one or both hands
- Maintain a clean working area
- Operate all equipment used to repair machines
- Must be able to meet insurance requirements to drive company owned vehicles
- Perform any additional work deemed necessary by the Supervisor/Foreman
