We are seeking a driven Commercial Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will develop new commercial business opportunities, build lasting relationships with business owners, and provide customized insurance solutions that protect their organizations.
- Base salary of $50,000-$55,000 based on experience, with commissions and bonuses on top

Responsibilities- Generate new commercial insurance business through prospecting and networking
- Quote, present, and close commercial insurance accounts
- Build strong relationships with business owners and referral partners
- Collaborate with account managers and underwriting teams throughout the sales process
- Manage commercial renewal opportunities
- Grow the agency's commercial book of business profitably
- Educate clients on coverage options and risk management strategies
Requirements- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Prior commercial insurance sales experience preferred
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Self-motivated with strong drive and discipline
- Solid understanding of commercial insurance products and coverage
- Ability to confidently present proposals and close business
