The ideal candidate is motivated, professional, and knowledgeable about telecom services and technology.

To be successful in this position, you will be assertive, goal-driven, and have a massive desire for long-term personal growth and income success. Ideal candidates will have the ability to attend prework events, after-hour events, as well as trade shows.

We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in sales. If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales, we encourage you to apply. This is a hybrid role supporting our Massachusetts and Rhode Island area of operations.

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the telecommunications market, including voice, data, cabling, and network solutions
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads

  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations
  • Maintain accurate lead and contact information within the company CRM system
  • Research market trends, competitors, and regional opportunities to help shape business development strategies
  • Represent the company professionally at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account support - experience in telecommunications, technology, or infrastructure industries preferred
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Confident making outbound calls and engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Understanding of structured cabling, network infrastructure, or voice/data solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation with commission and bonus opportunities
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage
  • Paid holidays and PTO
  • Ongoing training and opportunities for career growth within a growing telecommunications company
  • Collaborative team environment that values innovation and customer satisfaction
