If you’re a licensed therapist with at least one year of experience, we’d love to have you on our team!

What You’ll Do
As a Licensed Therapist at Connected Crew, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our clients’ mental health and well-being. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing individual, group, or family therapy sessions tailored to client needs.
- Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential client records.
- Collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Staying informed about the latest research and best practices in the field of mental health.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled therapist who meets the following qualifications:
- A valid license to practice therapy in North Carolina.
- At least 1 year of experience providing therapy services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A commitment to ethical and professional standards.
- A genuine passion for helping others and fostering growth.
