Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive telehealth intake assessments to understand each client's unique needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions designed to foster client engagement and progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals (psychologists, social workers, psychiatrists) to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Maintain detailed documentation of progress notes, treatment plans, and relevant client information in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Participate actively in clinical supervision, training sessions, and additional professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field.
• Stay informed about emerging research, best practices, and trends in mental health to ensure the delivery of top-tier services.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality in accordance with legal requirements and our organization’s standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Telehealth LPCC at Connect Oneself Behavioral Center, you will work directly with a diverse clientele, including individuals, families, and groups facing a range of mental health challenges. This may encompass anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is required.
• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling or a related field.
• 1-3+ years of relevant clinical experience, with the ability to practice independently without supervision.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that allow for compassionate and effective client interaction.
• Strong computer literacy skills to navigate telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
