Job description

Conklin Automotive Group is excited to announce an opening for the position of Automotive Service Lube Technician. This entry-level role is crucial in ensuring that our customers' vehicles receive routine maintenance services, ultimately contributing to vehicle longevity and performance. The Lube Technician will focus on oil changes, fluid checks, and basic vehicle inspections. Responsibilities
  • Perform oil changes and fluid top-offs as required
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and identify maintenance needs
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area
  • Assist service technicians with other maintenance and repair tasks as needed
  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding services performed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and repair procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
