Pay: $120,000 – $200,000+ Base Salary 

Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced Water Resources Superintendent to lead large-scale water infrastructure construction projects across the United States. This is a field-driven leadership role responsible for the safe, high-quality, and on-schedule execution of complex, self-performed water resource projects from start to finish.

This is a traveling superintendent opportunity. Candidates must be open to traveling throughout the United States based on project needs. Initial project assignments may be located anywhere between Utah and Virginia, including surrounding states and regions in between.

The first assignment and onboarding/training period will begin in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Manage all onsite field operations for large water resource projects
• Lead jobsite safety, quality, and schedule performance
• Supervise self-performed work and subcontractors
• Oversee structural, mechanical, and pipe scopes
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials
• Conduct daily coordination meetings and schedule reviews
• Track project costs, productivity, and field reporting
• Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction supervision experience
• Required: Superintendent experience on water infastructure projects
• Required: Experience self-performing work on major projects
• Required: Superintendent-level experience in:
  • Structural scopes
  • Mechanical scopes
  • Pipe scopes
• Proven experience managing projects valued at $25M+
• $50M–$100M+ project experience strongly preferred
• Experience with large-scale water infrastructure or treatment plant projects
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Must be willing and able to travel nationwide for long-term project assignments
• Ability to remain onsite for project durations while traveling as needed throughout the U.S.
