About the Role
We're looking for a versatile Customer Service & Administrator to own our day-to-day customer support operations while also supporting marketing, vendor relations, and office administration. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on variety and wants to grow beyond a traditional entry-level customer service position.

Key Responsibilities
Own all customer service functions, including weekday support and coordination of weekend coverage. Create marketing materials for both eCommerce and wholesale channels. Serve as the primary liaison with our contracted bag production partner. Manage office administration duties, including ordering supplies and keeping the office running smoothly. Support minor website updates and fixes, working alongside our web contact to resolve issues.

Qualifications
Prior experience in customer service or administrative support is required. Strong written communication skills for creating marketing content are a must. Comfort with basic website content management (or a willingness to learn) is expected. Ability to multitask across support, marketing, and administrative duties in a fast-paced small business environment is essential.

Compensation
This is a full-time hourly position paying $24.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm
