Job Title :Entry Level Personal Assistant Location: Austin, TX Job Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and help streamline daily operations. As a key member of our organization, your main objective will be to enhance productivity and ensure the smooth running of tasks that are essential to our business operations. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, and calendar for executives
  • Assist in organizing meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
  • Handle incoming communications, such as emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses
  • Conduct research and compile information as requested by executives
  • Maintain and organize filing systems for important documents and records
  • Prepare and process expense reports and office supplies replenishment
Requirements & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
