What We NeedSeeking an onsite IT Specialist / Level 1–2 Support resource to address ongoing connectivity issues while supporting the initiation of a new ERP implementation. This is an onsite, hourly, temporary role based in Glens Falls, New York.Key Responsibilities / Environment
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support across networking and server infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve:
    • Internet connectivity issues
    • PC and user connectivity problems
    • ERP (Workwise) server connectivity
  • Support a hybrid environment including:
    • Microsoft Azure
    • 2 Domain Controllers (1 cloud-based, 1 on-premises, currently not synced)
    • 2 on-premises servers
    • Fortigate firewalls
    • Printers
  • Potential to assist with ERP (Workwise) administration as the implementation progresses.
  • Provide day-to-day support for office users including laptop/desktop support, printers, and peripherals.
  • Monitor tape backups and provide break-fix support for on-site servers.
  • Perform network troubleshooting and support as needed.
Qualifications amp; Skills
  • Strong networking and server experience at Level 1 and Level 2 support.
  • Comfortable working in mixed cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Minimum of 2 years hands-on troubleshooting experience with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Workwise.
