Family Medicine Physician
Projected Base Salary: $220,000+ | Loan Repayment Eligible
She Recruits is partnering with a respected community-based healthcare organization to identify a Family Medicine Physician who values relationship-driven care, strong earning potential, and meaningful impact in a tight-knit community — without sacrificing access to a major metro.
This is a true outpatient primary care opportunity where you can practice comprehensive medicine in a structured, team-based environment designed to support clinical excellence.
The Opportunity
You’ll step into a Monday–Friday, outpatient-only role focused on long-term patient relationships and continuity of care.
You’ll practice with:
Full clinical support staff
Structured workflows
Collaborative team-based model
Administrative systems designed to reduce burnout

Base Salary Starting at $220,000+ (Based on Experience)

MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
