As one of the fastest-growing warehousing and logistics companies in North America, we are looking for an experienced Quality Supervisor
- Determine layered audit schedule
- Drive resolution of layered audit findings through the Five Phase Problem Solving Process
- Prepare invoices for sorting activity
- Supervise Liaisons
- Request shipper forms and arrange shipment Clips/CMA operation
- Facilitate the implementation of system changes
- Reflect process changes in our Quality Management System
- Resolve supplier quality issues with the customer when the SQA technician is unable to reach consensus
- Perform layered audits -
- Involved in Multi-disciplinary Five Phase Problem Solving Teams that directly drives the company's continuous improvement process and policies
- Execute or facilitate team training
- Promote and maintain a safe working environment
- Enforce company policies/procedures and corresponding work instructions
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business or related field.
- 3 years experience in a warehousing/distribution environment
- 2 years of materials experience a plus
- Prior 3PL experience is preferred or other Warehousing/Distribution experience
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
