About the Opportunity

Hawai‘i Pacific Health is seeking a dedicated Interventional Cardiologist to join the only Cardiology team on the island of Oahu, providing the best cardiovascular care.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide comprehensive interventional cardiology care , including evaluation, diagnosis, and management of patients with acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions.

  • Perform a full range of interventional procedures such as coronary angiography, percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI), and other catheter‑based therapies.

  • Participate in STEMI call coverage and manage complex cardiovascular emergencies in collaboration with the hospital’s cardiology and emergency medicine teams.

  • Interpret advanced cardiac imaging and diagnostic studies , including echocardiography, stress testing, and cardiac CT/MRI (as applicable to scope and credentials).

  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team , including cardiac surgeons, electrophysiologists, advanced practice providers, and nursing leadership to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, clinical pathway development, and evidence‑based best practices within the cardiovascular service line.

  • MD or DO degree

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible

About Pali Momi Medical Center

With 118 beds and more than 500 physicians on its medical staff, Pali Momi Medical Center offers a full range of services for the communities of Central and West O'ahu. The medical center has delivered many medical firsts for the community, including Central and West O‘ahu’s only interventional cardiac catheterization unit to detect and treat heart disease, and one of the largest comprehensive centers for cancer care. Pali Momi also has a fully integrated minimally invasive surgical suite, CT scan and MRI services, a women’s center and the state’s first retina center.
