The Comprehensive Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and passionate full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our expanding team. Key Responsibilities

In your role as an LCSW, you will be expected to carry out a variety of essential responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Providing specialized individual and couples therapy tailored to diverse client needs across all age groups.
• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records through our electronic medical records (EMR) system, ensuring timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
• Managing client appointments and schedules effectively, coordinating ongoing therapy sessions in accordance with each client's availability.
• Utilizing our billing service to streamline administrative tasks such as claims management and eligibility checks, thus freeing up more time for therapeutic engagement.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development and team collaboration to remain current with effective therapeutic practices and interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals, couples, and families seeking treatment for mental health challenges, relationship issues, or personal growth. You will work with clients from varied backgrounds, emphasizing inclusivity and cultural competency in therapeutic approaches. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with the ability to practice independently in Arizona.
• Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to maintain therapeutic boundaries with clients.
• Self-motivation and effective organizational skills to manage a full caseload efficiently.
• A minimum availability of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings each week to accommodate client schedules.

Preferred Experience

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, those possessing significant training or experience with couples therapy will be highly regarded. A demonstrated ability to work with a variety of clinical presentations will also set you apart in the application process.

Compensation and Benefits
