Customer Support Representative (Contract-to-Hire)

Location: Lenexa, KS (Hybrid)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00am -7:00pm CST

Complete Staffing is partnering with a growing payment technology company in Lenexa, KS, to hire a Customer Support Representative. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll serve as the first point of contact for merchants and business partners, providing exceptional support while helping resolve technical and account-related issues.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support for merchant and partner inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and work toward first-call resolution whenever possible.
• Research and resolve product or service concerns while documenting all customer interactions.
• Provide technical support for payment processing products and related services.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and an outstanding customer experience.
• Assist merchants with Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance, including completing questionnaires, scheduling scans, and monitoring compliance requirements.
• Train merchants on software and payment terminals as needed.
• Update customer records and account information accurately.
• Escalate complex issues when appropriate and follow through until resolution.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably within a financial services, banking, or payment processing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Schedule & Work Environment

• 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST shift required
• Hybrid schedule after training, with the opportunity to work remotely one day per week based on company policy.
• Bilingual candidates may be eligible for additional pay.
