Complete Pest Control

A Pest Control Technician is responsible for inspecting and treating properties to manage and eliminate pests such as insects, rodents, termites, and general pests. Working primarily in small teams or solo, the technician travels locally to various sites and utilizes specialized equipment including standard spraying tools, chemical bait stations, and electronic monitoring devices to ensure effective pest control and maintain safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest infestations
• Apply appropriate chemical and non-chemical treatments
• Interact professionally with customers to explain treatments and answer questions
• Maintain and operate pest control equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow safety protocols and regulations during all pest control activities
• Identify pest species accurately to determine effective control methods
• Keep detailed records and reports of treatments, inspections, and inventory
• Manage pest control inventory to ensure availability of necessary supplies
• Prepare work sites for treatment to maximize safety and effectiveness
