At Compassion Collective, we’re building a practitioner-led therapy collective designed to support sustainable, independent clinical work without the traditional group practice split model.
Our flat-tier membership structure allows clinicians to keep more of what they earn while gaining access to thoughtfully designed offices, billing support, scheduling infrastructure, referrals, community collaboration, and a trauma-informed professional environment.
We are seeking independently motivated therapists who value autonomy, community, ethical care, and long-term sustainability in private practice.
Position Overview
Mental Health Therapists within Compassion Collective provide therapeutic support and clinical interventions to clients across the lifespan, including adults, adolescents, children, couples, families, and older adults depending on specialization.
Clinicians maintain independent caseloads that may range from part-time to full-time practice volumes. Therapists are responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, maintaining documentation, and providing ongoing therapeutic care while practicing within their professional scope and licensure standards.
This opportunity is ideal for clinicians seeking the freedom of private practice with the support of a collaborative professional community.
