We are actively seeking experienced Debt Collection Agents to join our team at Compass Recovery Group.

Do not apply unless you have at least 1 year of recent collections experience

Responsibilities Include:

• Contacting consumers regarding past-due accounts.
• Negotiating payment plans and settlements.
• Maintaining compliance with FDCPA and company policies.
• Accurately updating account information and call notes.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of direct experience in consumer or commercial collections (Required).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet monthly goals.
• Familiarity with compliance standards (FDCPA, TCPA).
