Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough assessments of patients to identify treatment needs and develop personalized care plans.
• Implement and adjust treatment interventions utilizing a broad range of techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education.
• Involve patients and their families in care planning to enhance understanding and adherence to treatment protocols.
• Lead interdisciplinary care teams by guiding and supporting colleagues in delivering integrative patient care.
• Participate in departmental activities aimed at quality improvement, staff management, and cost containment.
• Exhibit outstanding customer service by building rapport with patients and maintaining a positive environment.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily serves a diverse patient population experiencing a variety of conditions, from post-surgical recovery and sports injuries to chronic pain and neurological disorders. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or an equivalent field.
• A current physical therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
• CPR certification must be obtained at the time of hire.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

While prior experience in a physical therapy role is not required, candidates with relevant clinical internships or volunteer experiences will be viewed favorably. Compensation and Benefits
