Human Resources Coordinator - Supporting Employees, Strengthening Care
Mission View Health Center, part of Compass Health of the Central Coast, is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our leadership team. If you enjoy supporting employees while managing payroll and benefits, we would like to hear from you.

What You'll Do
• Manage employee onboarding and personnel files
• Administer benefits, insurance enrollments, and COBRA
• Coordinate payroll preparation and reporting
• Track employee leave, workers' compensation claims, and garnishments
• Monitor and administer the facility's workplace safety program
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor and employment laws
• Maintain accurate HR and payroll records
• Support managers and employees throughout their employment
