Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of adults with behavioral health needs? Compass Health is looking for a dedicated Clinician II โ€“ Mental Health Professional to join our PACT South team in Everett, WA.

Our Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) offers innovative, community-based mental health care. Youโ€™ll be part of a multidisciplinary team serving individuals with complex needsโ€”providing comprehensive, wraparound support in their homes and communities, not just in the office.

What You'll Do

As a Clinician II, youโ€™ll:

  • Deliver individual, group, and family therapy, as well as case management services.

  • Collaborate with a team including peers, nurses, vocational and substance use specialists, and psychiatric prescribers.

  • Help stabilize clients by meeting them multiple times per week, sometimes daily.

  • Develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and long-term independence.

  • Provide clinical supervision to junior clinicians or interns (if qualified).

  • Be part of the 24/7 on-call pager rotation and respond to urgent needs.

What You Bring
  • Masterโ€™s degree (MA/MS/MSW) in a behavioral health field.

  • Preferably 2+ years of experience in human services.

  • Must qualify as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) per WAC standards (preferred).

  • Commitment to or experience with evidence-based practices.

  • Valid WA State Driverโ€™s License, vehicle, and appropriate insurance.

  • If unlicensed, must apply for Agency Affiliated Counselor status upon hire.

  • Completion of WA State Approved Supervisor Training (if providing supervision).

Your Strengths
  • Adaptability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

  • Ability to support clients with complex, multi-system involvement.

  • Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to maintain a solution-focused, professional demeanor.

  • Proficiency in electronic health records and digital documentation.

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

What We Offer

At Compass Health, youโ€™ll enjoy meaningful work backed by exceptional benefits:

  • 100% employer-paid medical, dental & vision for full-time employees.

  • 16 days of vacation in your first year, plus 12 sick days and a wellness day.

  • 13 paid holidays, including 2 floating holidays of your choice.

  • Professional development funds & paid educational leave.

  • Up to 2% 403(b) retirement match after one year.

  • Supportive, mission-driven culture that values growth and work/life balance.
