Compass Group is proud to announce an exciting new partnership with the University of Kentucky (UK), launching July 1, 2026 - and we're looking for talented individuals to help bring this innovative, integrated services model to life through Compass Athletics.
This long-term collaboration reflects a bold vision to align and strengthen services across UK's campus, healthcare system, and athletics programs. By bringing together foodservice, hospitality, facilities management, healthcare support, and athletics operations, we are building a more connected and dynamic environment that enhances the experience for students, staff, student-athletes, patients, fans, and the broader community.
Deliver elevated hospitality experiences through premium dining and guest service leadership. As the Director of Premium, you will oversee premium operations, client relationships, and service execution while driving operational performance and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of premium hospitality leadership experience
  • Experience managing VIP or premium service environments
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • Experience leading service teams

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee premium hospitality operations
  • Manage guest and client relationships
  • Lead premium service teams
  • Coordinate event execution and operational planning
  • Ensure premium service standards are maintained
  • Support financial and operational performance goals
