ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking aSr. Global Optics Process Engineerto join ourSYLUXdevelopmentteam,workbased inGoleta,California.TheSr. Global Optics Process Engineercandidatewillleadthedevelopment ofoptical test and calibration systemsforhigh volume manufacturing ofinfraredimaging camerasforADAS applications.

Major responsibilities:

Developopticaltest equipmentand burn-inrequirementssupportingRFQ'sandsupplier technical evaluations.Architect, develop and deployglobally,standardized opticaltest and calibrationsystemsoftware.Global process ownership.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum20+yearsexperiencein Test Engineering and Opticsfor ADAS cameras

• BS/MS in EE,Physicsand/or Systems Engineering.

• Proventrack recorddevelopinghigh volume,intrinsiccalibration,activealignmentand end-of-linefunctional testequipmenthardware and software.

• Expertisedevelopingopticaltestand environmental testsoftware, including MTF, intrinsiccalibrationand dynamicmonitoring of camera performance during environmental stress tests.

• Experienceimproving manufacturing yields, cycletimesand process capabilities.

• Understanding ofADAS cameraperformance metrics, infrared camera experience a plus.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Effective working in aglobalteam environment.
