Eligibility Requirements:
Must be at least 17 years of age
Must meet the specific requirements required by the school
Applicants must reside in one of the following counties: Albany, Columbia, Greene, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Warren, Washington, Fulton, Herkimer, Madison, Montgomery, Oneida, or Schoharie.
