HIRING NOW FOR 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR! We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join our Before and After-School Program team. This role focuses on ensuring the safety of children, creating a fun and structured environment, following program guidelines, and delivering excellent customer service to families and school staff. We are Community For Learning (CFL), a  local non-profit that provides a safe and loving environment for all kids and staff to feel a sense of belonging and community.  This is an extremely rewarding job that can be difficult at times but if your heart is in it for the right reasons then you’re exactly who we want on our team. We need people who are full time workers for us, that means when school is in session we work M-F, 2-6 PM and some schools are M-F, 3:45-6. In the morning program it is typically 6:45 AM- 8:45 AM.  We are in various Albuquerque Public Schools serving kindergarten-fifth grade (two of our sites have middle school).
