Job description

The Reentry Success Coordinator supports individuals who successfully graduate into the Partners in Hope (PIH) reentry program by helping them build meaningful connections, mentorship relationships, and a supportive community as they transition back into society. This role focuses on cultivating faith-centered mentorship, encouragement, accountability, and community engagement for individuals returning from incarceration. The coordinator will recruit and guide volunteer mentors, work alongside faith communities, and help participants establish stability, dignity, and hope as they rebuild their lives. Through mentorship and compassionate support, the Reentry Success Coordinator helps participants strengthen relationships, grow personally and spiritually, and successfully reintegrate into the community.
