The Reentry Support Navigator guides participants of the Partners in Hope (PiH) Reentry Program through the practical, day-to-day steps of successful reentry. The Navigator helps participants obtain or restore a driver’s license and identification, secure stable housing, and assemble the documentation needed to meet the terms of their probation. By building and maintaining an individualized case management file for each participant and equipping graduates with a clear roadmap for compliance, the Navigator helps remove the barriers that most often stand between participants and a stable, restored life.
