Community Partners is dedicated to providing quality developmental and mental health services to meet the needs of families and individuals in Strafford County. From comprehensive mental health care, to individualized services for persons with developmental disabilities, to family education and support services, we are here to help. The Role:
As a Therapist with our Youth and Family Services team, you will provide counseling to children and families. You will also be responsible for coordinating clinical care with clients, families, Agency staff and other community providers. In this role, you may work in individual settings or with groups, always striving to make an important difference in our community.

Your ability to sit and listen, engage with, and relate to kids and their experiences is the foundation that makes you stand out as an amazing support and mentor. Your dedication to helping kids and families live healthy, fulfilling lives is second to none, and making a difference is what motivates you to greet the world each day with energy, enthusiasm and positivity.
What we're looking for:
• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling or related field required
• NH Board of Mental Health Practice License or license eligible
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job
• Hold a valid driver's license and proof of vehicle liability coverage.
