Regional Community Inclusion Manager
Shift:ย 
Full-Time, Monday โ€“ Friday, 8:30 AM โ€“ 4:30 PMย

What Youโ€™ll Do:

The Regional Managerย is responsible forย all aspects of the program operations who support people with disabilities toward increased independence by achieving their desired levels of physical/social inclusion throughout their community.ย ย This highly visible leadership role willย establishย and cultivate strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders throughout the local community with a focus onย developing and planning both traditional and non-traditional activitiesย outside of the participants home that support the educational, enrichment, or recreational goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop creative strategies toย assistย individuals in reachingย theirย desired outcome(s).ย 
  • Strategize with Director to create program growth, oversee consumer enrollment qualifications,ย andย allย activitiesย thatย align with strategic goals ofย theย Participantsย and the overall program.ย ย 
  • Oversee monthly vehicle inspections.ย 
  • Oversee daily electronic documentation of servicesย renderedย to ensureย accurateย andย timelyย billing.ย 
  • Supervise the transportation of program participants to and from community activities.ย ย ย 
  • Supervise/ย trainย CIย Direct Support Professionals, including monitoring staff performance toย determineย needsย for improvement.ย 
  • Monitor program revenue and expensesand actively manageย programย to achieve budget outcomes.ย 
  • Coordinate delivery of services withย Participant, families, Support Coordinators, groupย homesย and otherย stakeholders involvedย withtheย participantโ€™sย service.ย 
  • Ensure program operations are in full compliance with all applicable regulations, licensing and reporting standards and policy and procedures.ย 

Who You Are:

  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities and minimum of 1 year ofย demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Skills:
    • Ability to plan, coordinate and make strategic decisions ย 
    • Knowledge of community - based programs ย 
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Creative problem-solving skills; strong organization skills; attention to detail.
  • This role requires driving as an essential function. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be subject to post-offer verification of driving eligibility consistent with company insurance requirements.
