Responsible for providing safe, reliable and efficient transportation for residents. Part-Time
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for providing safe, reliable and efficient transportation for residents. Part-Time
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with Transportation Supervisor to pre-plan and schedule transportation needs of Agency clients.
- Provide actual transportation with Agency van.
- Schedule can use for all components of Agency.
- Monitor and oversee behavior of Agency clients while under your supervision.
- Develop schedule and maintain Agency vehicle maintenance and inspection program.
- Maintain daily vehicle usage reports and monthly usage reports.
- Other duties as may be assigned by Supervision.
- Complete On-site checks HOME & EMPLOYMENT (at least MONTHLY - SOW) (WEEKLY direct contact @ home and worksite - TECHNICAL PROPOSAL)
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
- Mature individual with valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
- Ability to coordinate and carry out transportation needs of Agency.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Frequently required to sit, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Must be able to lift and/or move 25 pounds.
