First and foremost, you must have access to a reliable pickup truck capable of transporting collected trash to onsite compactor or bins. Physical fitness is important, as you will need the ability to carry up to 50lbs at a time without assistance, ensuring efficient collection from residents' doors.Knowledge and skills required for the position are:ability to show up on timesmart phone with data planability to carry up to 25lbs at a time without assistanceEvening availability to complete shifts on a set schedule each week
