A day in the lifeAs a new Talent Acquisition Specialist at Community 1st Credit Union, you'll dive into engaging activities every day. From crafting compelling job postings to screening resumes, wedge recordings and scheduling in-person interviews, you'll be at the forefront of our recruitment efforts. You'll collaborate with hiring managers, attend career fairs, and utilize innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
