Michelin ** Commis Restaurant is looking for a dynamic dining room Lead Captain to help deliver a polished and sharp experience to our guests under the direction and in cooperation with Management. Responsibilities include dining setup before service ( sweeping, folding napkins, polishing wares and furniture pieces, etc. ) and breakdown after service closing duties (sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, oiling table tops, restocking in preparation for the following day). Weekly deep cleaning is part of this position. This position pays about $95k - $110k annually, which includes service charge income and tips. 3-4 shifts per week, can go up to 5 shifts during the holiday and peak seasons.
