We are seeking experienced Commercial and Personal Lines Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and customer-focused, with strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
Provide daily service and support for commercial or personal lines accounts
Assist with policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and certificates of insurance
Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and internal team members
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in agency management systems - EPIC
Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
Deliver excellent customer service with attention to detail
Qualifications:
220 or 440 License (required)
Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial or personal lines insurance customer service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with standard office and insurance-related software
