Commercial Lending Specialist - No License Required, Full Training Provided

Compensation:

$125,400 - $225,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Guide business owners through the lending process, ensuring clarity and understanding at every step.
  • Explain financing options in a straightforward manner, empowering clients to make informed decisions.
  • Actively manage client applications from initial inquiry to final funding, ensuring a smooth process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain efficient deal progression and resolve any obstacles.
  • Develop a deep understanding of commercial lending to provide accurate and reliable client support.
  • Assist clients in gathering and organizing necessary documentation for their loan applications.
  • Review application details meticulously to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission to lenders or underwriters, minimizing errors and delays in the process.

Qualifications:

  • No Experience required.

  • Experience in customer service or client-facing roles, ensuring clear communication and relationship building.

  • Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a straightforward, easy-to-understand manner.

  • Proven track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently, demonstrating strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth deal progression.

  • Experience in reviewing and organizing documentation with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new information and changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
