Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Client Company: Speed Commerce, Las Vegas, Nevada

Pay Type: Exempt

Starting Salary: $50,000 + bonus and commissions

Summary

Speed Commerce provides outsourced order fulfillment services to some of retail’s most recognizable and successful brands. We are looking for an inside sales representative that can clearly represent our company to prospective clients, become a confident expert on our products and operations, become laser focused on communicating benefits to business owners to sell our result-oriented partnership opportunity and win their business. Our goal is to find business owners who are willing to turn over their operations to our team of experts, so the business is free to focus on what they do best – merchandising and marketing to grow their brand.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Use multiple customer acquisition techniques (cold calling, warm leads, etc.) to build and manage a pipeline of contacts and prospective clients and organize them in our CRM (HubSpot).
  • As part of a winning team, educate, strategize, and successfully sell Speed Commerce solutions through a high volume of outbound sales calls – this role is 95% phone and video conference based, with a 5% face-to-face customer contact.
  • Grow into an expert in Speed Commerce solutions and adapt product recommendations quickly to suit client needs – asking probing questions and overcoming client objections and rejection will be critical to your success.
  • This person will also build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better client experience.
  • Will be responsible for setting sales goals in conjunction with management and working with the team to achieve those goals.
  • Stay organized and manage your time effectively to complete your daily goals. You know that sales is a numbers game, and you care about connecting with others.
  • Deliver reports and information for prospective clients as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • B2B Sales: Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong preference for logistics / 3PL experience. Possession of an effective and proven B2B sales model that will contribute to successfully closing new business.

Minimum Experience

  • High School diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred but not necessary).
  • A minimum of 3 years inside phone sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • General computer and e-mail literacy. Experience with HubSpot a plus.
  • Must possess a current US work authorization and willing to work at our corporate office (no remote work).
