Job Summary:

We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) to join our team at Avir at Comanche, a leading provider of skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care services in Texas. As a valued member of our care team, you'll play a vital role in delivering personalized care to our residents, helping them regain strength, confidence, and independence.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, promoting comfort, dignity, and well-being

  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed

  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff and healthcare providers

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and standards
