Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 7+ years of expertise in business analysis, financial processes, and SAP S/4HANA implementations. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and supporting the successful delivery of SAP Finance solutions. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of financial operations, SAP S/4HANA Finance modules, and end-to-end project lifecycle management.

This role is ideal for a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between finance stakeholders and technology teams while driving successful SAP S/4HANA Finance initiatives and delivering measurable business value.
Experience in financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Strong knowledge of business process modeling, workflow analysis, and process improvement methodologies.
Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Microsoft Office Suite, and SAP Solution Manager.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions with Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams.
  • Analyze current-state business processes and recommend process improvements leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
  • Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), process flows, use cases, and user stories.
  • Support SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and transformation initiatives.
  • Work closely with SAP functional consultants, developers, testing teams, and business users to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Facilitate gap analysis, fit-gap workshops, and solution design discussions.
  • Participate in data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
  • Coordinate defect management, issue resolution, and change request processes.
  • Support training activities and user adoption during system rollouts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, and organizational policies.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise applications and business transformation initiatives.
  • Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance modules, including:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Asset Accounting (AA)
  • Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
  • Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
  • Financial Planning and Reporting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • SAP S/4HANA Finance certification preferred.
  • Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, manufacturing, or enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW/4HANA, or reporting solutions is a plus.
  • Experience supporting global SAP implementations and finance transformation projects.
