We are an established local excavating company seeking an experienced Mini Excavator and Skid Steer Operator and an additional Grading member to join our team.

Experienced Equipment Operator:

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience operating Mini Excavators and Skid Steers.

- Must possess a clean driving record and reliable transportation.

- Strong work ethic: Punctuality and dependability are mandatory requirements for this position.

- CDL is considered a plus.

Grading Crew Team Member:

Key Requirements:

- Prior experience in grading or general construction is preferred.

- Must possess a clean driving record and reliable transportation.

- Proven dependability and punctuality are essential; candidates must be consistently reliable and ready to work on schedule.

Compensation:
