Speech Language Pathologist - Columbia County, OR

Liricare is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Columbia County, OR. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity serving students across three elementary school campuses (K–5). The position includes a caseload of approximately 75 students and supervision of a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). You'll work collaboratively with educators, families, and special education teams to provide high-quality speech and language services that help students thrive academically, socially, and communicatively.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services.
  • Supervise and mentor an assigned SLPA.
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 75 students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and eligibility evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district requirements.
  • Travel between three K–5 school campuses as needed.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist license.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a school-based or pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience supervising SLPAs preferred.
  • Experience with IEPs, evaluations, and school-based documentation.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel between multiple school sites.
