Summary
Our Customer Service Representatives play a vital role in supporting both the sales team and our customers. They serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming calls and ensure that every order, whether for delivery, customer pick up, or special sales requests, is entered accurately and efficiently. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Primary Responsibilities
- Receive all incoming phone calls from customers, coworkers and suppliers providing prompt and courteous assistance.
- Accurately input orders for general delivery, customer pick up, and sales person directed special deliveries.
- Enforce all applicable liquor laws and state regulations related to product sales, ensuring full compliance at all times.
- Enter, track, and manage sample requests submitted by employees and suppliers.
- Generate inter company transfer orders, create pick lists, and process related invoices.
- Generate sub distributor orders, prepare pick lists, and complete invoice processing for those accounts.
- Maintain a consistently high level of customer service, professionalism, and diplomacy in all interactions.

- Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external customers
Work Environment
Work indoors in a sedentary office setting; occasional warehouse or external work required
Physical Demands
- Lift/Carry & Push/Pull up to 50 lbs.
- Bend/Stoop/Crouch/Squat
- Use arms/wrists/hands/grasp throughout entire shift
Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days/hours of work vary.
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience required
Preferred Education and Experience
Previous experience in customer service based position and/or organization
Probationary Period
All newly hired employees are subject to a 90-day probationary period. During this time, performance, attendance, job knowledge, and overall fit within the organization will be evaluated. Successful completion of the probationary period confirms continued employment in the role.
Compensation
- Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
- Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Employees are also eligible for 80 hours of vacation every year and 7-8 days of paid holidays throughout the calendar year (depending on location).
- Hired applicants may be eligible for incentives/bonuses/annual bonuses.
