Colossus

Colossus Belmont Shore is expanding its dining room and we need a competent, independent pastry cook to join the team!
Must be available to work dinner service (2PM-10PM). Must have experience with pastry production. You will be doing your own prep and production for your station and will be plating desserts.
You will be working under our CDC and Executive Pastry Chef and Founder Kristin Colazas Rodriguez.
Experience working from a list independently and experience working in a fast-paced kitchen preferred. This is a fun and collaborative position but you must thrive on independent work. Organization and an attention to detail are a must. Love for seasonality and scratch baking.
