*Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in behavioral therapy and special education

Experience, (Preferred but not required!)
*Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable
*Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is essential
*Familiarity with behavioral health concepts, behavior management strategies, and patient care practices
*Experience in data collection methods related to behavioral therapy outcomes
