Every art & graphics project is custom and no two days are alike so you’ll need a strong knowledge of how to navigate the sales process, consultative selling skills and the ability to focus in a complex, dynamic environment.
The Account Executive will prospect to acquire new clients and successfully manage client relationships to deliver significant and profitable sales growth. The Account Executive will partner with all departments to meet the highest standards of quality and customer service while upholding the reputation of the Colorchrome brand.
Your Impact:
- Create and implement strategies to prospect for, identify, and acquire new clients and develop new sales channels to build a substantial book of business.
- Build relationships and engage with existing and previous clients to sell Colorchrome’s custom printing, framing and other services.
- Partner with assigned Senior Project Manager to position Senior Project Manager to successfully execute accurate production and on-time delivery of all acquired client projects.
- Position Colorchrome for success through exemplary customer service and effective client education on Colorchrome products and services.
- Uncover needs and opportunities and align client expectations with company resources and capabilities during the life of the client relationship.
- Build and develop strong business relationships with buyers and all decision makers within identified accounts, always seeking opportunities to drive sales.
- Maintain a knowledge of external market factors, including competitive information that may affect account decisions, pricing and product recommendations.
- Travel as appropriate to visit clients, solidify or build relationships, attend events, network, and prospect for new business.
Qualifications
- Account management and client relationship-building skills, with an ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of printing processes, custom framing, and graphic production techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with software tools and technology used in the art and graphics production industry
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to achieving business goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Art, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in the art, design, or printing industry is a plus
