What You'll Do as an Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cinema. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the daily management of cinema operations.
- Supervising and supporting team members to provide outstanding customer service.
- Managing schedules, inventory, and operational tasks to keep everything running efficiently.
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Upholding company policies and maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

What We're Looking For

- At least 1 year of experience in a management or supervisory role.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the cinema schedule.
